Key Responsibilities for Poultry Men Administer daily feed, clean water, and medications or vaccinations according to farm schedules and management instructions. The role involves continuous surveillance, access control, and proactive risk management to maintain a secure environment. Primary Duties of the Security Guard Control access at the main farm entrance by verifying identities, inspecting vehicles, and maintaining visitor logs. Conduct regular foot patrols, both day and night, around farm perimeters, poultry houses, and equipment storage areas to deter theft and trespassing. Enforce biosecurity measures by ensuring all vehicles undergo tire disinfection and visitors comply with hand sanitizing and footbath protocols before entry. Protect valuable farm machinery, feed stocks, solar installations, and infrastructure from vandalism or loss. Report any security incidents or suspicious activities promptly to the supervisor.
