We host Dance classes, social events, festivals, and performances, attracting dancers, influencers, Cooperate businesses and professionals. Role Summary We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to support the Creative Director in managing studio operations, events, communications, and day-to-day tasks. This role is crucial in keeping our growing operations seamless and ensuring Lusaka Salsa’s high standards are maintained. Key Responsibilities Manage the Creative Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements. Oversee class schedules, teacher coordination, and student communications. Assist with event planning, logistics, and promotion (socials, festivals, classes, performances). Support social media content coordination and online engagement. Handle admin tasks including payments, documentation, and correspondence. Liaise with vendors, partners, and clients professionally. Assist in recruitment, training, and management of instructors. Anticipate problems and provide proactive solutions. Qualification & Experience Required Grade 12 certificate. Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Communications, or a related field (an added advantage). Minimum of 1 – 5 years of relevant administrative or office support experience. Key Qualities & Skills Extremely organised and detail-oriented. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive and problem-solving mindset. Reliable, trustworthy, and discreet. Time management skills with flexibility to work evenings/weekends. Comfortable with social media and basic tech tools. Professional image and ability to represent the brand. Passion for dance, events, or community engagement (advantageous). Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in event coordination. Experience working in the dance, entertainment, or events industry. Social media management and content coordination experience.
