Business Development manager We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our business growth strategy, drive revenue generation, and build strong relationships with corporate clients and strategic partners. Key Responsibilities: – Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. – Identify, pursue, and secure new B2B business opportunities. – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. – Lead negotiations and manage the end-to-end sales process. – Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. – Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored financial solutions for clients. – Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business development plans. – Lead and mentor the business development team to achieve departmental objectives. Qualifications & Experience – Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. – Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development. – Minimum 3 years’ experience within the financial services sector. – Experience in invoice discounting and/or order finance will be a distinct advantage. – Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. – Excellent communication and analytical abilities. – Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general IT skills will be an added advantage. LOAN OFFICER Are you a results-driven sales professional with experience in microfinance and lending? We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Loan Officer to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Market and sell the company’s loan products. Identify and recruit new clients, particularly government employees. Assess and process loan applications in line with company policies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Monitor loan repayments and support collection efforts. Achieve monthly sales and portfolio growth targets. Ensure compliance with all credit and operational procedures. Qualifications & Experience Minimum Diploma in any Business-related course. Minimum 3 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Strong understanding of government payroll deduction systems. Knowledge of microfinance credit procedures and lending processes. Proven experience in direct sales, particularly targeting government employees. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and meet set targets. IT Manager/Graphic Designer We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT Manager/Graphic Designer to lead our organization’s technology function. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, supporting business applications, and driving technology initiatives that improve business operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and business systems. Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, system backups, and disaster recovery. Provide technical support to staff and oversee IT service delivery. Manage hardware, software, and IT vendors. Design marketing and corporate materials, including brochures, banners, presentations, social media graphics, and other branding assets. Support website updates and digital content where required. Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years’ relevant IT experience. Strong knowledge of networking, servers, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and Microsoft environments. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools. Knowledge of web design and multimedia content creation is an added advantage. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL, CompTIA, or CISSP) will be an added advantage.
