Job Title: Marketing Specialist – Bottled Water Company: Doctor Food Vitality Limited (DLife Pure Mineral Water) Location: Palabana, Chongwe District, Lusaka Employment Type: Freelance / Monthly Contract (Transition to Permanent after 3 Months) Start Date: ASAP About Us Headquartered in Chongwe, Doctor Food Vitality Limited produces DLife Pure Mineral Water, a growing Zambian beverage brand dedicated to delivering high-quality bottled and pouch water. Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Specialist to drive B2B growth and brand awareness for DLife Mineral Water across Zambia. You will target corporate clients, hospitality venues, and distribution networks while collaborating with our media partner to manage social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). This role offers flexible/remote working conditions with regular online team syncs and direct field sales outreach. Contract Structure & Career Growth Probationary Period: Engagement begins on a monthly renewable contract for the first 3 months. Permanent Role: Candidates demonstrating strong performance during the 3-month period will transition into stable, full-time permanent employment. Advancement: Exceptional performance opens pathways to executive leadership, with potential advancement to Plant Manager. Key Responsibilities B2B Sales Outreach: Build commercial partnerships with corporate offices, hotels, restaurants, and distributors. Social Media Co-Management: Work alongside our social media partner to plan and monitor engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Brand Positioning: Promote DLife’s custom packaging, premium quality, and competitive pricing in the market. Client Relationship Management: Lead virtual and field presentations, pitch prospects, and close sales leads. Requirements & Qualifications Education: Full Grade 12 Certificate (Passes in English & Math required). Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration preferred. Professional Body: Registration with the Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM) is an advantage. Experience: Background in B2B sales, digital marketing, or FMCG/beverage industry. Skills: Strong negotiation skills, self-motivation, and fluency in social media marketing.
