HR INTERN – JOB REQUIREMENTS Position: HR Intern Department: Human Resources Department 1.Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree graduate from university, preferably in Human Resource Management or related field. · Basic knowledge of Human Resources Management, including recruitment, employee records, attendance, training, and employee relations. · Honest, trustworthy, responsible, and of good character, with a strong sense of integrity and confidentiality. · Hardworking, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to complete assigned tasks accurately and on time. · Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees from different departments. · Strong willingness to learn and develop practical skills in Human Resources Management. · Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. · Good command of written and spoken English, with the ability to handle basic English correspondence and HR documents. · Good time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. · Able to work independently as well as effectively as part of a team. · Previous internship or work experience in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field will be an added advantage. 2. Key Responsibilities · Assist the HR Department with recruitment, CV screening, interview arrangements, and candidate coordination. · Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and related HR procedures. · Maintain and organize employee files, records, and HR documentation. · Assist with daily attendance, leave, and employee information management. · Prepare and update HR reports, records, and documents. · Assist in organizing employee training, meetings, and staff activities. · Provide general administrative support to the HR Department. · Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Manager or Supervisor. 3.
