REQUIREMENTS • Grade 12 Certificate (minimum). • Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field is an advantage. • Previous reception or customer-service experience is preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. • Knowledge of hotel booking systems such as Ezee Absolute/Optimus or similar is an advantage. • Professional appearance, positive attitude and problem-solving skills. • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
