WE ARE HIRING! Position: E-Commerce Manager.Location: Lusaka. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, E-Commerce, or a related field.• 2–4 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, logistics, courier, or delivery operations.• Experience in a courier or logistics environment is an added advantage.• Strong understanding of order fulfilment and delivery processes.• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.• Strong leadership and team management abilities.• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, filtering, sorting, and data analysis.• Strong reporting and analytical skills.• Excellent communication and customer service skills.• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
