Moxico Resources Zambia Ltd seeks a highly motivated and skilled Private Helicopter Pilot (Bell 430) to join our Team.

This role is crucial to our operations, involving the transportation of our executive employees and cargo, conducting aerial surveys, and performing emergency response duties. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities and quick decision-making skills to ensure the utmost safety of the aircraft, passengers, and crew.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate helicopter (Bell 430) for private purposes, including transporting executives and cargo.
Conduct aerial surveys to support our mining operations.
Perform emergency response duties as required.
Analyze complex situations and make quick, informed decisions.
Maintain the highest standards of safety and compliance with Civil Aviation laws and regulations.
Communicate effectively with passengers, crew, and ground staff.
Work flexibly, including during non-standard hours, to meet operational demands.


Qualifications & Experience:

Hold a valid Private Helicopter Pilot License.
Minimum of 1,500 flight hours, including 500 hours of Twin Turbine time and 500 hours on Bell 430.
Preferred experience in utility and aerial survey operations.
Comprehensive knowledge of relevant aviation laws and regulations.
Zambian Private Pilot License.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in high-stress situations.
