Long Term Recruit is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for employment in New Zealand. Interviews are in Cebu and Manila. Applicants must remain resident in the Philippines throughout the application process. REQUIREMENTS • Maximum age stated in the advert: 45 years. • At least three years of overseas work experience. • Experience operating excavators, wheel loaders, bulldozers, backhoes, skid steers or other heavy earthmoving equipment in commercial construction, civil works, infrastructure, roadworks or earthmoving. • Competence in excavation, loading, grading, trenching, backfilling, material handling and safe machine operation across varying site conditions. • Able to understand site plans, drawings, measurements and instructions; use attachments; conduct pre-start checks; identify defects; and carry out basic maintenance. • Knowledge of workplace health and safety and PPE. Underground/overhead-service and GPS machine-control experience are advantages. Relevant training or certification is an advantage. • Good English communication. Willing and able to complete IELTS and obtain an overall band score of 4.0. • Complete and verifiable employment documents. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS All applicants: updated CV, certificates of employment, contracts, passport copy, valid NBI clearance, company IDs, payslips, training/operator certificates or licences if available, educational certificates, TIN number, digital photo and relevant driver’s licence.
