The National Assembly of Zambia invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Curriculum, Development, Research and Training Officer (x1). Main Duties and Responsibilities Assist in developing, reviewing and updating training curricula and learning materials. Support planning and delivery of training and professional development programmes. Assist in conducting applied research and preparing research outputs and publications. Support integration of research findings into training programmes and learning resources. Assist in coordination of facilitators, researchers and subject-matter experts. Prepare routine technical reports on curriculum, training and research activities. Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications and Experience Full Grade 12 School Certificate. Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Law, Political Science, Public Policy or a related field. At least 3 years’ experience in curriculum development, training support or research activities.
