Cooks Minimum Qualifications: Diploma in Culinary Arts or Food Production, plus additional hospitality training. Key Responsibilities: Prepare food and manage kitchen operations efficiently. Apply knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols. Maintain composure and productivity under pressure. Chefs Minimum Qualifications: Diploma in Culinary Arts or Professional Cookery, along with further hospitality training. Key Responsibilities: Plan menus and supervise kitchen staff. Oversee kitchen management ensuring smooth operations. Deliver high-quality food preparation consistently. Waitrons Minimum Qualifications: Grade 12 Certificate with additional hospitality training. Role Overview: Provide excellent customer service and support front-of-house operations.
