Gheewala Staffing and Recruitment Agency is recruiting on behalf of a client operating in the Construction Equipment, Drilling Machinery, and Hospital Equipment & Supplies sectors. We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth, develop strategic client relationships, and generate new sales opportunities across Zambia. Location: Lusaka, Zambia Employment Type: Hybrid Monthly Salary: ZMW 5,000 + 10% commission of net profit generated Application Deadline: 30th September, 2026 Key Responsibilities Identify and source buyers for construction equipment, drilling machinery, hospital equipment, and medical supplies. Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the mining, construction, medical, government, and institutional sectors. Generate leads, arrange meetings, prepare and follow up on quotations, and support transactions through completion. Build and maintain a strong network of buyers, decision-makers, and industry stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion across Zambia. Monitor customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity. Maintain accurate records of leads, client engagements, and sales progress. Requirements Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development, B2B sales, or a related role. Existing contacts in the mining, construction, medical, or industrial sectors will be an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. Ability and willingness to travel within Zambia.
