Job Title: Assistant Workshop Administrator Location: Lusaka, Zambia Department: Workshop Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a proactive, organized and detail-oriented Assistant Workshop Administrator to support the day-to-day administrative and inventory functions of our workshop department. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate records of all petty cash transactions. Assist the Workshop Foreman in opening, updating, and maintaining job cards for vehicle repairs and servicing. Monitor and record inventory levels, including oils, lubricants, and other workshop consumables. Assist with stock control and general stores management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date vehicle files and workshop records. Prepare and update workshop documentation and reports as required. Perform any other administrative duties assigned in support of workshop operations. Requirements and Experience Full Grade 12 Certificate. Advanced Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Stores Management, Business Studies or a related field will be an added advantage. Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Good verbal and written communication skills High level of integrity. Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy in record keeping. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
