Primary Responsibilities for Accountant and HR Administrator Jobs in Shibuyunji Financial and Tax Management Oversee daily financial operations including bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and preparation of accurate financial statements. Manage all tax-related activities such as tax declarations, calculations, filings, and clearance applications while ensuring compliance with current local tax regulations. Systematically organize and archive financial vouchers, tax documents, and related files; coordinate annual financial audits effectively. Government and External Liaison Act as the primary liaison with government entities including tax bureaus, labor offices, and industrial and commercial departments. Handle government filings, official document submissions, policy consultations, and annual inspections to maintain strong regulatory relationships. Monitor and communicate policy changes promptly, assisting the company in completing required administrative procedures and compliance inspections. Contract Management Draft, review, and manage company contracts such as labor agreements, business cooperation contracts, and administrative contracts, ensuring legal and organizational compliance. Track contract execution, maintain organized contract files, and establish a contract management ledger to mitigate potential risks. Human Resource Management Perform full-cycle HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, induction training, attendance management, payroll processing, transfers, and resignation procedures. Manage employee labor relations, resolve disputes, and provide consultation to promote a positive work environment. Develop and maintain HR management systems, organize employee records, and optimize daily HR operations. Support team building and daily employee management to sustain workforce stability and order. Qualifications and Skills for Accountant and HR Administrator Jobs in Shibuyunji Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Human Resource Management, or related disciplines; accounting certification is preferred. 1 to 3 years of experience in combined accounting and HR management, with solid knowledge of local tax procedures, government liaison, and labor regulations. Proficient in contract drafting and review, with strong competency in office software and financial management systems. Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, capable of independently managing external government relations and internal administrative tasks. Detail-oriented, responsible, ethical, and a collaborative team player able to adapt to comprehensive administrative and financial duties. Strong written and verbal English communication skills essential for official documentation and external correspondence.
