Zambia : Ethiopia, COMESA Congratulate President Hichilema

President of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Taye Atske- Selassie, has congratulated President Hakainde Hichilema on his re – election as President of the Republic of Zambia.

President Selassie said that Ethiopia highly values its longstanding relations of friendship and cooperation with Zambia and remains firmly committed to further strengthening and deepening the bilateral ties between the two countries.

Meanwhile, the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA) has congratulated President Hakainde Hichilema on his re-election as President of the Republic of Zambia.

COMESA Secretary General, Chileshe Kapwepwe, in her congratulatory message commended President Hichilema, the people of Zambia and political actors for the peaceful conduct of the electoral process.
