Court orders State to pay costs over George Chisanga’s detention

LUSAKA High Court Judge Lameck Mwale has ordered government to bear the costs of a case filed by NRPUP presidential spokesperson George Chisanga, who was challenging his detention.

Chisanga had asked the Lusaka High Court to urgently hear his application seeking to challenge his continued detention at Chelstone Police Station, reports News Diggers.
