Amir of the State of Kuwait, Meshal  Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, has congratulated President Hakainde Hichilema on his re-election as President of the Republic of Zambia.

The Amir of Kuwait is the Head of State and Monarch.

In his congratulatory message, Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, said the State of Kuwait and Zambia have been united by the excellent relationship existing between the two countries.

He has since reaffirmed his unwavering commitment to further strengthen relations in all fields for the benefit and mutual interest of the two nations.
