Overview We are recruiting! Our client in Hospitality, is looking for a Spa Manager to join their team for a job vacancy within the Hospitality Industry. Lead, coach, and motivate the spa team to achieve excellent service standards. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and promptly resolve guest concerns. Develop staff schedules and oversee daily operations. Monitor inventory and order spa products and supplies. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Spa Management, or a related field.
