Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Minimum of three years’ experience as a bridge and road project engineer. Valid membership with the Engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ). Proficiency in operational procedures and workflows related to road and bridge project testing management guidelines. Knowledge of technical specifications for road and bridge engineering in China and Zambia, with foundational understanding of FIDIC clauses applicable to project management. Competency in MS Office Suite and CAD software.
