About the role Cherry Hills International School is seeking a well-organised, dependable and enthusiastic School Librarian to manage the school library and support a strong culture of reading and learning. The successful candidate will maintain library resources and records, assist learners and teachers in accessing appropriate materials, and ensure the library remains organised. Key responsibilities Manage the day-to-day organisation and operation of the school library. Maintain books, learning resources, borrowing records and inventory. Assist learners and teachers in accessing appropriate books and resources. Promote reading through library activities and literacy initiatives. What we are looking for Strong organisational, communication and record-keeping skills. Good computer skills and attention to detail. Ability to work confidently and patiently with children. Professional, dependable and able to work independently. Previous experience in a school or library environment is an advantage. Qualifications Diploma in Library and Information Science, Library Studies or Information Management Relevant professional or practical experience in library management is an added advantage.
