About the Role The Sales Supervisor- Heavy Equipment Machines will be responsible for: Leading and managing sales Assistants Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets Identifying new business opportunities and expanding market share Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients Preparing sales reports and forescasts Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations Qualifications Diploma/ Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Strong understanding of heavy equipment machines and the industry Requirements Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in selling heavy equipment machines Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team Customer-focused with strong relationship building skills Proficiency in microsoft Office suit
