Key Responsibilities Drive online sales through the company website, email campaigns, and social media channels. Provide personalised service to high-end clients, ensuring a luxury customer experience. Build and maintain a targeted pipeline of prospective customers with consistent, professional follow-ups. Advise clients on product selection, fit, and styling while upholding brand standards and voice. Process orders accurately and manage returns or exchanges smoothly with a customer-focused approach. Collaborate with Marketing to enhance product listings, visuals, descriptions, and promotional efforts. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge including fabrics, designers, sizing, and care instructions. Track customer preferences and feedback to encourage repeat business and referrals. Ensure compliance with data privacy, payment security, and internal policies. Candidate Profile and Requirements Proven experience in luxury fashion online sales or high-end retail with strong e-commerce skills. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service to high-net-worth clients with discretion and professionalism. Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal; additional languages are advantageous. Proficiency with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento, CRM tools, and analytics. Comfortable managing multi-channel customer inquiries via chat, email, phone, and social media. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously. Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
