Key Responsibilities Prepare sales forecasts Achieve sales targets for the assigned region Analyze sales and market trends to optimize performance Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with national sales goals Identify new market opportunities and expansion within the assigned territory Expand distribution networks and product availability Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions Ensure effective product placement and visibility Appoint and manage distributors Ensure timely stock replenishment and maintain healthy inventory levels Recruit, train, and supervise sales teams and promoters Set individual targets and conduct regular performance reviews Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts Minimum Qualifications Grade 12 Certificate with credits or better in English and Mathematics Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field Degree in Marketing or Business Studies will be an added advantage Application Requirements Interested candidates should submit: Application letter Updated CV Copies of academic qualifications & NRC Applicants must clearly indicate their salary expectations in the application.
