About the role: Talent House is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to support our recruitment team throughout the hiring process. This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and recruitment administration. It is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources or Recruitment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with drafting and posting job advertisements on various recruitment platforms. Shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial candidate phone screenings where required. Contact candidates to schedule interviews and assessments. Prepare interview schedules and coordinate with hiring managers. Assist in reference checks and background verification processes. Respond professionally to candidate inquiries via phone and email. Perform other administrative duties assigned by the recruitment team. Minimum Qualifications/ Traits: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (completed or currently pursuing) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is an added advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Eagerness to learn, a positive attitude, and a willingness to take initiative.
