We are seeking to hire suitable qualified experienced professionals to join our Road Construction Project Team; Job responsibilities: Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs). Measure and value completed works for interim and final payment certificates. Monitor project costs and provide regular cost reports and forecasts. Review and assess variations, claims, and additional works. Verify contractor valuations, invoices, and supporting documentation. Assist with tendering, procurement, and evaluation of contractor quotations. Maintain accurate records of quantities, costs, contracts, and project expenditure. Monitor expenditure against the approved project budget and identify cost risks. Support contract administration and resolution of commercial matters. Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, project specifications, and relevant industry standards.
