As our client portfolio continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead implementation and support operations while ensuring successful project delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence across our ERP and Software Solutions portfolio. Position Overview NetOne is seeking an experienced Project & Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of ERP, software, and digital transformation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, resource coordination, customer communication, project documentation, project reporting, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards. This role will work closely with implementation consultants, developers, support teams, customers, and management to drive project visibility, accountability, and successful project closure. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end delivery of software and ERP implementation projects. Develop and maintain project functional & technical documentation, project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Track and report project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Facilitate regular project review meetings with customers and internal teams. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and escalations. Manage the support services function to ensure prompt support is delivered to customers with quality assurance. Ensure documentation, project charters, status reports, and customer sign-offs are maintained. Implement and manage project tracking tools and reporting frameworks. Coordinate project resources across multiple customer engagements. Drive project closure and customer handover processes. Produce weekly and monthly delivery reports for management. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience managing technology or ERP implementation projects. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies. Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects handling multiple resources. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification will be an added advantage.
