JOB ADVERT: ALUMINUM FABRICATOR Company: GRABE-MAT ENTERPRISES LIMITED Location: Kaunda Square Stage 2 Market, Lusaka Type: Full-Time Reports to: Chief Executive Officer / Assistant Director Start Date: 7th September 2026 About Us: GRABE-MAT ENTERPRISES LIMITED is a Zambian-owned hardware and metal fabrication company established in February 2020. We supply cement, paints, roofing sheets, glass, aluminum profiles, steel and hardware products and we fabricate window frames, door frames, gates, tank stands and grill doors. We are expanding and establishing a new Aluminum Workshop. We are hiring an experienced Aluminum Fabricator to lead our new Aluminum Bay. Key Responsibilities: 1. Fabrication and installation of aluminum sliding windows, sliding doors, shop fronts, office partitions, curtain walls 2. Accurate measurement, cutting, assembling and finishing of aluminum profiles and glass 3. Reading and interpreting technical drawings and client measurements 4. Operating aluminum cutting machine and other workshop tools safely 5. Ensuring quality, neat finishing and proper sealing 6. Maintaining workshop cleanliness, tools and stock records 7. Training and supervising General Workers 8. Advising clients on best aluminum solutions and providing quotations (with Senior Sales) Qualifications & Experience: – Full Grade 12 Certificate – Minimum 1 year proven experience as Aluminum Fabricator (Portfolio / Photos required) – Craft Certificate in Metal Fabrication or related field is an added advantage – Able to fabricate without supervision – from measurement to installation – Knowledge of different aluminum profiles and glass types (4mm, 5mm, 6mm) – Honest, excellent, and values integrity – must align with our core values: Excellency, Integrity, Speed, Quality, Proper Systems – Must be based in Lusaka or willing to relocate to Kaunda Square – No criminal record, physically fit How to Apply: Send the following via email to grabematenterprises@gmail.com or deliver in person at Kaunda Square Stage 2 Market, GRABE-MAT Shop: 1.
