URGENT VACANCIES Location: Masaiti District (near Kafulafuta Toll Gate), Zambia About Us Winco Industries is a Chinese manufacturing company establishing a new factory in Masaiti District, near the Kafulafuta Toll Gate. As we expand our operations in Zambia, we are seeking experienced, qualified professionals to join our team and support the long-term manufacturing operations of the factory. We are urgently recruiting for the following positions: 1. Production Machine Operators Responsibilities: Operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery to ensure safe, efficient output Carry out routine checks and basic preventive maintenance on machines Report faults or irregularities promptly to the Engineering/Maintenance team Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and health & safety regulations Maintain accurate production records Requirements: Certificate/Diploma in a relevant technical field, or a recognized trade/craft certificate TEVETA trade test certification (or affiliation with the relevant recognized trade body) Minimum 3–5 years’ hands-on experience operating industrial/production machinery Sound understanding of machine safety and quality control procedures 2. Electrical Technicians Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment across the plant Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime Diagnose and resolve electrical faults quickly and effectively Ensure all work complies with relevant electrical safety codes and standards Support installation and commissioning of new production equipment Requirements: Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering or a related field Registered/affiliated with the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) or TEVETA, as applicable Minimum 3–5 years’ relevant work experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting Sound knowledge of electrical safety standards and industrial control systems 3. Mechanical Engineers Responsibilities: Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical/production equipment Design and implement preventive maintenance programmes to maximize uptime Diagnose mechanical faults and develop lasting, effective solutions Collaborate with production and electrical teams to improve plant efficiency Ensure compliance with engineering and safety standards Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field Registered/affiliated with the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) Minimum 3–5 years’ relevant work experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills General Requirements (All Positions) Valid NRC/Passport Willingness to be based on-site at the factory in Masaiti District Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well within a team How to Apply Interested and suitably qualified candidates should submit a detailed CV, copies of academic/professional certificates, and proof of institute registration, clearly indicating the position applied for, to: 📧 Email: raymondmoono3@gmail.com 📱 WhatsApp: 0979587698 Note: This is an urgent recruitment drive.
