Overview We are recruiting! Our client in Lusaka, is looking for a Procurement Officer to join their team for a job vacancy within the hospitality Industry. To apply, or for more information, follow the link below. Key Responsibilities Source quotations and purchase goods and services in line with company procedures. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate competitive prices. Monitor inventory and ensure office and hospitality supplies are always available. Process purchase orders and maintain procurement records. Coordinate accommodation, travel, catering, and meeting arrangements. Ensure meeting rooms and hospitality areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked. Receive and inspect deliveries to ensure quality and accuracy. Resolve supplier or service-related issues promptly. Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate documentation. Perform any other duties assigned by management. Qualifications & Experience Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Procurement & Supply, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in procurement, administration, hospitality, or a similar role. Membership with the Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply (ZIPS) is an added advantage.
