Responsibility: Procurement Plan Undertakes effectively the coordination of the implementation of the procurement plan in order to guide the procurement process and facilitate decision making. Bidding Documents Undertakes timely the preparation of bidding documents in order to ensure transparency in the tendering process and compliance with laid down procedures. Contract Management Undertakes effectively execution of supply contracts in order to ensure timely delivery of goods. Procurement Undertakes timely procurement of goods and services in order to meet Authority's requirements. Procurement Reports Undertakes effectively the preparation of procurement reports in order to comply with statutory requirements. Database Undertakes effectively the maintenance of procurement database in order to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval of information. Quality Management System Undertakes effectively the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems in order to ensure compliance to set standards. Risk Management Undertakes effectively the preparation and reviewing of the procurement risk register in order to ensure effective management of risk.
