Site Superintendent Manager (1 Position) Minimum Grade 12 Certificate Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering At least 10 years of mining-related experience, including pit planning Valid Silicosis Certificate and Driver’s License Full membership of the Engineers Institution of Zambia (EIZ) Strong supervisory and communication skills Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications Results-oriented with excellent leadership abilities HR Officer (1 Position) Minimum Grade 12 Certificate Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Full membership of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM) Preferably 5 years’ experience in an HR role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Safety Officer (1 Position) Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSAS-ISO 18001) Grade 12 Certificate Valid Driver’s License and Silicosis Certificate Minimum 10 years of relevant experience Operators and Technical Positions ADT Operators (37 Positions): Grade 12 Certificate, 5 years open-pit mining experience preferred, valid Silicosis Certificate, literacy skills required. RDT Operators (26 Positions): 5 years open-pit mining experience preferred, valid Silicosis Certificate, literacy skills required. Grader Operators (3 Positions): Grade 12 Certificate, 5 years open-pit mining experience preferred, valid Silicosis Certificate, literacy skills required. Excavator Operators (5 Positions): Grade 12 Certificate, 5 years open-pit mining experience preferred, valid Silicosis Certificate, literacy skills required. Maintenance Foremen (6 Positions): Advanced Technician or equivalent, Grade 12 Certificate, 3 years experience, valid Driver’s License and Silicosis Certificate, full EIZ membership, strong leadership and communication skills. Supervisory and Specialist Roles Mine Captains (3 Positions): Diploma or Degree in Mining Engineering, Grade 12 Certificate, valid Blasting and First Aid Certificates, minimum 5 years experience including 3 years practical, valid Driver’s and Silicosis Certificates, full EIZ membership, strong supervisory and communication skills. Shift Bosses (5 Positions): Diploma in Mining Engineering, Grade 12 Certificate, Blasting and First Aid Certificates, 3 years practical experience, valid Silicosis Certificate, full EIZ membership, excellent supervisory skills. Person In Charge (PIC) (1 Position): Diploma in Mining Engineering, Grade 12 Certificate, Blasting and First Aid Certificates, minimum 3 years practical experience, valid Silicosis Certificate. Dispatcher (3 Positions): Diploma in Information Technology, Grade 12 Certificate, 3 years experience in transport coordination, knowledge of truckloads and broker networks, excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, strong communication, shift flexibility, valid Silicosis Certificate.
