KEY REQUIREMENTS • Grade 12 Certificate. • Bachelor’s Degree in Education. • Minimum 3 years’ teaching experience. • Aged 25–35 years. • Good interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Teach learners from Grade 1 to Grade 4. • Prepare and administer quality tests. • Assess learner performance and provide timely feedback. • Support the holistic development of learners. • Provide parental guidance and counselling to learners.
