Message: CONSULTANCY Organization: Zambia Association on Employment for Persons with Disabilities (ZAEPD) Location: Lusaka ZAEPD, a registered Organization of Persons with Disabilities (OPD) under the Registrar of Societies Act, registered with ZAPD, and affiliated to ZAFOD, funded by NAD- CADiR Consortium Project implementing lnclusive education and advocating for the human rights initiatives, is inviting qualified consultants to submit quotations for the following assignment: Assignment Development of a Resource Mobilization Strategy/Manual to be used internally by ZAEPD. This manual will strengthen the organization’s capacity to mobilize resources effectively, ensuring sustainability of programs that promote education and employment rights for persons with disabilities, especially those with intellectual disabilities. Scope of Work • Review ZAEPD’s current resource mobilization practices. • Develop a comprehensive strategy/manual tailored to the organization’s objectives. • Provide practical tools and guidelines for implementation. • Deliver the final manual and conduct a briefing session with staff Qualifications • Master’s degree in Project Management, Entrepreneurship, Strategy, or a related field. • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in resource mobilization, disability employment rights, inclusive development, or direct self-employment. • Practical expertise is required; no entertainers or theorists should apply.
