Our Farm is looking for an organised and trustworthy person to manage imprest and stores records and support general office administration. This role offers an opportunity to learn, take on more responsibility and pursue further qualifications. Main duties Record imprest payments, collect receipts and prepare reconciliations. Record goods received and issued, maintain stock balances and assist with stock counts. Keep invoices, delivery notes and other supporting documents in order. Prepare simple records and reports for management. Assist with general office administration. Requirements A Grade 12 certificate is the minimum qualification. Good numeracy, attention to detail and the ability to keep accurate records. Honesty, confidentiality and a willingness to learn. Basic computer skills are desirable. A certificate in bookkeeping, accounting, stores management or administration is an advantage, but is not required. Our Farm is working to improve gender balance in its workforce.
