City Specialist Clinic is seeking a proactive and people-oriented Human Resource Officer to join its team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting staff, strengthening workplace culture, and ensuring effective HR practices that drive organizational success. Position: Human Resource Officer Location: Ndola and Kitwe Note: Regular presence is required at both branches. Key Responsibilities – Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and staff orientation. – Maintain employee records and HR databases. – Support performance management processes. – Coordinate training and development programs. – Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues. – Administer HR policies and ensure compliance. – Prepare HR reports and assist in HR planning. – Support payroll and benefits administration. – Promote a positive and productive workplace culture. What We Are Looking For – Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. – 1-3 years’ experience in HR or administration. Healthcare experience is an added advantage. – Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. – Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. – Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems. – Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. – A team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
