Job Title: Human Resource Officer Location: Lusaka Reports To: Managing Director Job Purpose To support the implementation of human resource policies and procedures by managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and staff welfare. Key Responsibilities Coordinate recruitment, selection, and induction of staff. Build and promote in-house company culture. Maintain employee records and HR databases. Support performance management and appraisal processes. Administer staff contracts, leave, promotions, and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with labor laws and institutional HR policies. Coordinate staff training and capacity-building activities. Handle employee grievances and welfare matters. Prepare HR reports and workforce statistics. Correspondent of Public Relations matters. Qualifications and Experience Diploma in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology or Business Administration or related field. Must be a Member of ZIHRM with a valid practicing License At least 2–3 years’ experience in an HR role. Key Competencies and Skills Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confidentiality and professionalism. Organizational and problem-solving skills.
