Hotel Manager Location: Lusaka, Zambia A well-established 3-Star Hotel in Lusaka is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and drive business growth. Minimum Requirements Full Grade 12 Certificate. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years’ experience in the hospitality industry. At least 3 years in a hotel management role. Strong leadership, sales, marketing, financial management, and customer service skills. Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with hotel management systems is an added advantage). Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel. Supervise all hotel departments and ensure excellent service delivery. Drive occupancy, revenue, and profitability. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and travel partners. Prepare budgets, reports, and operational plans. Recruit, train, and lead hotel staff.
