The Head of Sales & Marketing with lead Fiete’s revenue growth, brand positioning, and market expansion. The key responsibilities will include strategic planning, team leadership, and market research. Job Summary The Head of Sales & Marketing will directs both departments to turn market demand into actual sales. This senior role sets sales targets, builds brand awareness, and reports directly to top company executives. Core Responsibilities Strategy: Create plans to launch new products, set pricing, and reach revenue goals. Leadership: Hire, train, and manage sales and marketing staff to meet performance targets. Market Analysis: Study local market trends and competitor actions to find new business opportunities. Budgeting: Manage departmental spending and track return on investment for all campaigns. Key Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 3 to 5 years of senior experience in sales, marketing, or client management.
