We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Head of Business Development to lead our business growth strategy, drive revenue generation, and build strong relationships with corporate clients and strategic partners. Key Responsibilities – Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. – Identify, pursue, and secure new B2B business opportunities. – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. – Lead negotiations and manage the end-to-end sales process. – Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. – Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored financial solutions for clients. – Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business development plans. – Lead and mentor the business development team to achieve departmental objectives. Qualifications & Experience – Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. – Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development. – Minimum 3 years’ experience within the financial services sector. – Experience in invoice discounting and/or order finance will be a distinct advantage. – Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. – Excellent communication and analytical abilities. – Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general IT skills will be an added advantage.
