Operational Requirements – Understanding of mining legislation, SOPs and operational procedures. – Knowledge of and adherence to safety protocols and risk assessment methodologies. – Ability to work effectively in a diverse, cross-cultural environment. – Ability to work effectively in remote locations and diverse weather conditions. – Ability to work at a remote mining site in Zambia. – Must be comfortable travelling across First Quantum Minerals sites, local and international, when required.
