EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES “They succeed because we recognise their potential” Lechwe Education Trust is an independent, co-education, and multi-racial school offering an international curriculum.It is located in a serene part of Parklands, Kitwe. a) Female Swimming Coach The suitable candidate must: Be a certified coach, with FINA Level 1 or 2 as an added advantage; Have at least two years’ experience working with female learners as a swimming coach; Be capable of evaluating swimmers’ skills and abilities to determine appropriate training plans, and develop and implement training programmes that improve swimmers’ technique, endurance, speed and agility; Be able to monitor swimmers during training sessions and competitions to ensure safety and adherence to rules; Be able to keep up-to-date with the latest coaching techniques and regulations.
