WE ARE HIRING! Positions Available 1 x Security Guard 1 x Driver About the Roles Security Guard Responsibilities Protect CCDA offices, property, and staff by maintaining a secure environment. Conduct routine patrols and report suspicious activity. Act quickly in emergencies (fire, theft, disturbances) and follow CCDA protocols. Maintain accurate daily security logs and incident reports. Uphold discipline, vigilance, and integrity while representing CCDA. Requirements Prior experience in security services. Certification or training in security operations is an advantage. Physically fit, alert, and reliable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Driver Responsibilities Drive CCDA vehicles responsibly for staff, visitors, and official assignments. Perform routine checks (fuel, oil, tires), ensure cleanliness, and report maintenance needs. Adhere to traffic laws and CCDA transport policies at all times. Assist with deliveries, pickups, and operational errands as required. Ensure punctuality and reliability in all assignments. Maintain trip logs, mileage records, and fuel usage reports. Requirements Valid driver’s license (with clean driving record). Minimum 5 years experience driving professionally. Knowledge of Chongwe and Rufunsa district routes and surrounding areas.
