Customer Success Manager (Intern)
The Primary responsibility of The Customer Success Manager (Intern) is to learn how to build long term relationships with our Customers by driving business growth and developing skills to deliver value. Additional responsibilities will include: Customer Success Plan: Formulate and Execute a Customer Success Plan in partnership with the Customer, Internal Teams and other 3rd Parties. Each plan should be aligned to the Customer’s long term Strategy & Industry trends. Governance: Ensure that all solutions are correctly scoped and approved by the appropriate Executive internally. IT Service Management: Ensure that Customer satisfaction is proactively tracked using best practices with focus on Managing Service Level, Relationship, Customer Satisfaction Measurement, Service Financial & Suppliers.
