We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee civil construction activities for substation works on a High Voltage Project. The role will focus on supervising daily site activities, monitoring contractor performance, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications, and supporting safe, high-quality project delivery. Role Responsibilities Supervise daily substation civil works on site. Monitor contractor workmanship, progress, and compliance with project requirements. Review site progress and identify risks, delays, or non-conformances. Ensure works are carried out in line with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Oversee key civil activities. Verify quality control practices, including inspections and testing of civil works. Uphold site health and safety requirements. Maintain daily site records and contribute to weekly progress reporting. Ensure construction activities meet project schedule requirements. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders to resolve site issues. Verify quantities, site records, and completed works for reporting and certification. Support inspections, testing, commissioning preparation, and handover activities. Minimum Requirements Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience in a civil supervision role on substation projects. Good understanding of civil quality control, HSE compliance, and contractor supervision.
