Symmetric Insurance Solutions (We are an Insurance Broking firm in Zambia) Internship- Business Officer Job Description • Finance & Admin – Reconciliations, petty cash, credit control, and support with monthly management accounts. • Underwriting -processing and support of underwriting workflows. • Claims -claims management, processing and follow-up. • New Business & Renewals -supporting new business acquisition and renewal business placement. • Marketing & Client Relations – supporting marketing activities and building strong relationships with clients and insurers. • Operations -supporting general office operations, compliance tasks, and interfacing with auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
