KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the daily opening, operation and closing of the shop. Supervise staff, allocate duties and monitor performance. Receive customer orders and confirm requirements, prices and deadlines. Prepare quotations, invoices, receipts and daily sales reports. Coordinate graphic design, printing and finishing activities. Ensure orders are completed accurately and delivered on time. Check the quality of printed and finished products. Manage stock for paper, ink, toner, vinyl, accessories and other supplies. Conduct regular stock counts and arrange timely replenishment. Monitor cash transactions, expenses, credit sales and outstanding payments. Maintain accurate sales, stock, production and financial records. Ensure printers, computers and finishing machines are properly maintained. Report equipment faults and coordinate repairs when necessary. Handle customer inquiries, complaints and special requests professionally. Support promotions, digital marketing and online sales. Enforce workplace cleanliness, safety and security procedures. Control waste and identify ways to reduce operating costs. Submit regular operational and financial reports to the owner. Help the business meet its sales, customer-service and profitability targets. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Grade 12 School Certificate or equivalent. A certificate or diploma in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related Previous supervisory or management experience is required. Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience handling cash, sales records and inventory. SKILLS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Strong leadership and staff-supervision skills. Excellent customer-service and communication skills. Good organisational and time-management abilities. Basic financial, sales and stock-management skills.
