About the Agricultural Aquaculturist Professional Role As an Agricultural/Aquaculturist Professional at Tepwa Farm, you will play a key role in overseeing daily farm activities and coordinating production planning across fish, crop, and livestock operations. Your responsibilities will include animal health management, farm infrastructure maintenance, and collaborating closely with the farm team to meet production goals. This position demands a proactive approach and flexibility to undertake additional tasks assigned by management. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily farm operations efficiently Plan and coordinate fish, crop, and livestock production activities Ensure animal health and welfare standards are maintained Oversee farm maintenance and infrastructure development projects Work collaboratively with the farm team to achieve production targets Perform additional duties as delegated by management Candidate Requirements Grade 12 Certificate Diploma or Certificate in General Agriculture or Aquaculture Minimum of two years’ experience in both agriculture and aquaculture fields Demonstrated ability to manage fish, livestock, and crop production effectively Tepwa Farm values candidates who are passionate about mixed farming and committed to driving sustainable agricultural practices.
