Huachen International Supply Chain Limited seeks to employ Administration Drivers in the Administration Department to join our growing team. POSITION: Administration Drivers – 2 Positions DEPARTMENT: Administration LOCATION: Ndola JOB PURPOSE To provide safe, reliable, and efficient driving services for staff, goods and documents, and to provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. To safely transport staff, clients, and company goods. 2. To provide general office and logistical support. 3. Perform daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, such as checking oil, water, tyre pressure, and brakes and keep the vehicle clean. 4. Accurately record all trips, mileage, fuel requests and consumption. 5. Strictly adhere to Zambian road traffic laws enforced by RTSA and report any mechanical faults and accidents. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 1. A minimum of a Full Grade 12 School Certificate. 2. A valid Zambian Driver’s License, preferably Class C or higher. A PSV or Defensive Driving License will be an added advantage. 3. At least 2 to 3 years of professional driving and basic office administration experience. 4. Good command of English, basic computer literacy, and good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations. OTHER REQUIREMENTS 1. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Able to distinguish between minor issues e.g., minor vehicle faults, small route changes – handle directly and major issues e.g., accidents, vehicle breakdowns, security concerns – report immediately to administration. 3. Strong sense of safety awareness, traffic rules compliance, and responsibility; must ensure passenger safety, vehicle security, and proper care of company property at all times. MONTHLY GROSS SALARY: ZMW4,000.00 to 4,500.00 NOTE. All interviews are strictly in-person, at our Sakania Yard in Ndola. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews.
