UPND Munali Parliamentary Candidate Thomas Sipalo has promised residents a new era of inclusive and people-centered leadership that puts communities first.

Sipalo said Munali deserves representation that addresses the real challenges affecting families, youths, and small businesses across all wards.

“Unselective leadership is what Munali will have. A people-centered approach to solving the problems that matter to our people,” Sipalo said.

He assured residents that his leadership will ensure no one is left behind.

“We are leaving no one behind, but taking everyone forward. Development will reach every ward, every community, regardless of background or political affiliation,” he added.

Enjoying massive support on the ground, Sipalo said his priorities for Munali are clear: improving service delivery, empowering the youth, and creating opportunities for small businesses to grow.

With the August 13th elections approaching, Sipalo called on supporters to intensify mobilization.

“I urge you to use the remaining weeks to paint Munali red. A UPND victory in Munali will mark the beginning of a transformative constituency that other areas will look up to,” he said.

“Once elected MP, people should expect real change that benefits every resident. I will represent every voter in and outside Parliament, and I will work with everyone for a better Munali.”

Zambia goes to the polls on August 13th, 2026 for general elections.

This is Sipalo’s second attempt at the Munali parliamentary seat. He contested in 2021 and finished second to UPND’s Mike Mposha.
