KING M’MBELWA TO ESTABLISH KINGDOM TV AND RADIO STATION

MZIMBA, MALAWI – Inkosi ya Makhosi M’mbelwa V has announced plans to establish a Kingdom TV and Radio station as part of a master plan unveiled at the Hora Heritage Site in Mzimba.

The traditional leader says the broadcasting station will provide a platform to preserve and promote the Kingdom’s history, culture and heritage while advancing its development agenda.

The planned facility will include studios and workspaces for live broadcasting, news, cultural programmes and entertainment, while connecting the M’mbelwa Kingdom with its people and the wider world.

King M’mbelwa V is the younger brother of Zambia’s late Ngoni King, Inkosi ya Makhosi Mpezeni IV, highlighting the deep historical and family ties between the Ngoni people of Malawi and Zambia.
